Suspend your self-protective thoughts for an hour. Sit there in a chair and exercise your “free-will” by ordering, “Okay I am gonna just sit here, no more self-protective thoughts required for this hour.’ And if you cannot do so, maybe consider the possibility that the self-protection program is using you for its own purpose and not you using it. That means the “free-will” we talk about in the asleep state is totally fake. Get real.
