Kind Work.

Photo by Priscilla Du Preez on Unsplash

inner-work is kind
it is not enacting a trick
forcefully
it is not repeating something
or making anything happen
for the itching to make anything happen
has already arrived for receiving kindness
no need to convince anybody’s ego
and especially your own ego
let alone God’s ego or the holy spirit's ego
in your mind
yet behold the tendencies kindly
it is not the mind’s job
for the mind wanderings and
pain creating tendencies
also, long for kind beholding.
