Pain Creating Movement

Photo by Pascal van de Vendel on Unsplash

see the pain-creating movement
as it is in this moment
without wishing it wasn’t there
no one can get out of the pattern
other than postponing the work
of learning to bear the pattern

or even better see and catch
that very wishing as nothing
but another pain-creating movement
even the attempt to postpone or
distract or even understand is pain-movement.
