just reporting the case
be it locked in the head
or overthinking
or laziness
or distraction
or creating fear or nonsense
or trying hard
or whatever it is
that is being forced upon us
by the mechanical mind
to come out of the head to the body to life

why just report?
without heroically fighting
because fighting is also unfree
and robotic (if we care to see) — not true free will or choice
but a movement in confusion
all such movements though intended
to find peace or connect with life
and then flow from there
(than being in the head stuck fighting
against itself the whole lifespan)
cannot come through such movements itself

reporting the case
whatever it is
itself is enough to find the rapport
that we are seeking or fighting for
and this connection will be known by its effects
not by thinking up some more thoughts about it
which is our safe-zone that we hold onto
as Buddha said ‘Truth is known by its effects

Patients are patients because they are out of rapport with their own unconscious… Patients are people who have had too much programming — so much outside programming that they have lost touch with their inner selves.
