yes, you just have to stare at the wall
you cannot ask for a simpler meditation
every day you make time to stare at the wall
you track your progress
if you stared at nothing but the wall
for the entire meditation time
you — your ego-self — had done the job
but unfortunately, your job does not end there
ego-self is like a spoiled brat
