To Think, Feel, And Breathe

Get the basics right first before pretending to be warrior

Photo by Anunay Mahajan on Unsplash

to “think, feel, and breathe” in blindness
is our robotic mode of existence
and not to “think, feel, and breathe” in stillness
which is an alive mode of existence

yet when you can notice
doing thinking or feeling in blindness
then to your surprise
your body may begin to breathe in stillness
